General

These terms are an offer by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (Tax ID [TAX ID], [REGISTRATION No.], address: [ADDRESS]) to use the Emulsa service at emulsa.online. Signing up and ticking “I'm 18 or older and accept the terms” means full acceptance.

Service

We provide access to AI image generation from your photos and descriptions. The price of each shot is shown before the generation starts.

Balance and payments

• Top-ups are in rubles, from 50 ₽ to 50,000 ₽ per payment, using the methods on the top-up page.
• Each generation is charged from your balance; the actual amount appears in your transaction history.
• Bonuses and gift funds cannot be withdrawn and may expire.
• A subscription lasts the stated number of days from payment and does not renew automatically.

Storage

Finished shots are kept in your gallery for 24 hours and then permanently deleted.

Refunds

• If a generation fails, the funds are returned to your balance automatically.
• If a result is empty, clearly broken or does not match the description, file a complaint from the gallery before it is deleted. We decide within 24–48 hours; approved refunds go to your balance.
• Unused balance can be refunded to your card on request to support@emulsa.online, minus bonuses and payment fees, within the legal time limits.

Restrictions

You agree to follow the Rules. We may restrict access if they are violated.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Generated images are creative output and may differ from expectations. We are not responsible for how you use generated images.
